Yes, completely. We go through your full merchant statement, tell you exactly what you're paying and why, and come back with a plain English summary. There's no charge for this, no obligation to switch, and no small print.

How do you make money if it's free?

If you choose to switch providers through us, we receive a small commission from the new provider. This doesn't affect your rate β€” the deals we find are the same whether you go direct or through us. If we can't find you a better deal, we tell you straight and there's nothing to pay.

What do I need to send you?

Just your most recent merchant statement β€” the PDF or paper bill your current provider sends you each month. That's all we need to do a full analysis. You don't need to prepare anything before our first call.

How long does the whole process take?

The initial analysis takes 72 hours from when you send us your bill. If you decide to switch, most businesses are fully set up with new terminals within 10–14 days. We handle all of it β€” you don't need to do anything except confirm you're happy to proceed.
